I did a search and didn't come up with any results. Anyone have any experience with Paramount Popcorn Machines? A 6 oz machine comes with a warming deck. I was thinking about the Paragon, but this is about 50% of the cost. It has a 5 yr warranty versus the lifetime for Paragon. I just wanted to know if it was a waste of money for anyone or not.

Me thinks you will probably get what you pay for. Paragon makes a great product. Do you have a link or pics of the Paramount popper?
No links, found it on ebay. They are a legit company though.

Just fyi I'm not so sure about the 5 year warranty. I had some trouble with a machine I got from them, an 8 oz bar style without the cart, and have not been able to really get them to call me back..I don't even think they've been in biz for 5 years.
I opened up the gear box and their "all metal gears" weren't so much...metal, that is.
Check out your options first for sure,

Stay clear from Paramount. I emailed them to ask them for a phone number and they would not provide it. I asked for a copy of their warranty . .. they would not provide it. Smells very fishy!

I have read some really poor feedback on them, it seems they do not call you back, unless you want to buy something else from them...
Are the machines from Great American Popcorn a better buy then as far as customer service?
