The Ultimatum? Pay 25 bucks or else. That's right, I can't find The Bourne Ultimatum on HD-DVD for no less than 25 bucks anywhere. Anyone know where I can get the sweet deal on this title?

Just took delivery of one from an eBay seller for $9.50 shipped. twice what I paid for the other two. Utlimatum seems to be more scarce.

Yeah seems that way. I guess I'm going to have to go that route. Was it new or used?

My local Kmart has it for $35...
But Ebay has a BIN for $10.21 and completed auctions show it going for less.

Used, but spotless. Seems hd-dvd people eat fewer pb&js while handling their media. Used to rent from Blockbuster and was astounded at how crappy the disks were.

Well I got a copy coming for a few cents short of 10 bucks shipping included.

I just picked up the whole series on Ebay, all 3 titles for 20 bucks shipped. 2 of them were new unopened. The first one was opened.

Spectacular series, IMHO the best spy series ever filmed. The best chase scenes, the best hand-to-hand fighting ever filmed.

The HD-DVDs still look a little better than Blu-Ray to my eyes.

I bought mine from amazon.com when they were selling all three movies bundled for $8.86.

I can't remember if I got mine in the 5 free movies deal or at BB before they gave up on HD-DVD and sent everything back.
I still have more HD-DVD's then Blu Rays. If I did buy it I'm pretty sure it was on one of those buy one or 2 and get one deals they had before giving up.

I was never able to get a free movie promotion with a player. I bought in too early with each player, and there was no aggressive clearance. A least 90% of the movies I bought was before there were massive signs of doom.

Well I didn't jump in till the stooopid priced A2's hit when they were trying to drum up sales. I still ended up paying more becuase by the time I found out about $98 players everybody was sold out so I bought a A2 from Circuit city online for 135 shipped so at least I got one. Everybody else refused to buy from them becuase Best Buy had just sold out at 100:rolleyes:
I really was surprised that I even got my 5 free movies becuase they gave up about a month after I got my player. They even continued to do firmware updates for a while after as well to make sure the players were as good as they could be.
I refused to pay 500 or a thousand for anyones player, but 100 for HD sounded like a deal...
Later I also picked up a Panasonic BD10a Blu Ray as it was obvious sooner or later the HD movies would dry up. I also got a pretty good deal on that one as a demo from Circuit City again, 160 with a full warranty and remote.

PS: Just curious, how many knew what this thread was about by the title of it? How many had to click and read to figure out what the hell I was talking about? lol
