I have a rear projection TV that Pioneer used to make, model SD-533HD5. I've loved the TV, and would like to continue loving it, but it will not turn on. It has a main power switch, then a second on/off switch to bring it out of sleep mode. When you turn on the main power, it briefly brings the secondary power switch to green (maybe 1 sec) then immediately cycles to red and turns the system off (However the main power light stays lit red, but you cannot turn the secondary power back on any more unless you turn off the main power first). Nothing ever appears on the screen. If I turn the secondary power off immediately after turning the main power on, I can turn the power on, but it then immediately does the same thing and cycles off, still with no picture. The remote will not get the screen to turn on either. I'm assuming there's some switch internally that is turning the TV off, but was hoping ya'll might be able to shed some light on this.
