I am looking at a good NMT that supports blu-ray. I am really interested in the HDX1000 but unfortunately it doesn't support blu-ray m2ts however, it supports DTS. Am I asking too much for something that supports blu-ray and DTS?

A new NMT is pending (expected middle of July to be announced) including Blu-Ray support. There's currently no NMT that can do this (although all can play the video m2ts file inside a Blu-ray backup). The only capable of BD right now is HDI but they have severe flaws in disk compatibility (40% does not work) and DVD (20%).
The new NMT's will be based on the new and more powerfull Sigma 864x chips and with that are based on a chip that will require quite some time again to mature. HDI is based on Sigma 8634 chip. On media playback HDI is quite good but lacks some features for advanced users, the interface is excellent though compared to slower HTML menus on NMT units.
I would recommend waiting for another 4 - 6 weeks to see that new NMT and then decide to pick one. Notice HDI has lowered their pricing drastically and revamped it's units to 2.0 versions changing the design and adding eSata to the units.
HDI BD Prime
HDI Base (Streamer + add on module later on 2 drives + BD Drive)
HDI HD Center
As far as we know, the new unit will be called A200 or C200...
Was expected this month but SDK development caused about a month delay...
but all the nmt support m2ts they didnt support is .iso of blueray because of the java
and they supports m2ts with dts hd without any problem....
they have problems is with mkv + dts hd
so you have all except the menus of the blueray is that important for you?

Thanks for all the information I think I will wait 4-6 weeks until more blu-ray nmt technology is dropped. I would like to have menu access so hopefully this will be enabled (java) with the new updates/lines of nmts
