I have a Sony Wega KF42E200A and as you likely knew, the optical block is bad. I'm trying to get the warranty work done, but I no longer have my receipt as it was purchased more 3 years ago. The Sony store is also unable to find my receipt for me and they won't do the work without one. Does anybody out there have a copy of their receipt that I could "borrow"? It'd be a MAJOR help!
