Anyone know what's happening with this one?

Supposed to be released today & I can't find any listing for it anywhere, including Amazon, Amazon UK, DVD Empire, DVD Planet, Best Buy. Was it pulled?

Amazon had this for sale a few months ago for around 27$ it was there for a few weeks I hemmed and hawed then when I went to pull the trigger it was gone and all listings and info were also, Don't know whats up with this one but I would like to get my hands on it also!

I just checked Amazon again and they have the Brit import listed for 45$

Amazon was probably selling the UK BD, which I ended up getting from someone else here. I'm still kind of annoyed by the edits made in this version--82m versus 87m for the original Wonderful Days; albeit, there's a 93m SE out there as well. Hopefully somebody on the Pacific Rim will put that on a BD.

Well, it's been scheduled for a US release 6-23, so I'm confused. I saw the import, but no US version anywhere.

So no new info on where's its at?

so far i only found the title listed in the Uk.
But according to a German Movie Database, the UK Version is only 83 min. long, there is a German and Southkorean Version wich are 93 min. running time.

But no Info on this Blu Ray, but I guess since the UK DVD is Tarten and only 83 min., and the Blu Ray is also a Tartan release...Well u know

The UK DVD is "really" 86 minutes -- you have to adjust by 4% for PAL speedup. The differences between the international edit and the original Korean edit amount to less than a minute in the overall running time, although the international version also revamps the dialogue. If the Blu-ray also runs 82 minutes, then that suggests a 50i encode or that someone made additional cuts between the UK DVD and BD releases.

I hope this doesn't sound rude or anything, but can you pop the disc into the player and actually confirm the running time?

This film was released by Tartan video in the UK, this distributer is now out of business that is why it is difficult to get hold of, it has since been aquired by Palisades (both US & UK) and distribution is now returning to the market. I have this edition and it is the 82 min cut of the film (no such thing as PAL speed up with blu ray). If you want it, amazon have it in stock here quite cheep:

Actually, there have been a number of 50i BDs (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=1117941) released in Europe, complete with 4% speedup -- but many U.S. players and displays don't support 50i, so if this applied to Sky Blue we presumably would've heard something about it by now.

So if that isn't the case, somebody actually made an additional ~4 minutes of cuts to the Blu-ray version that weren't present on the Tartan DVD, which is bizarre to say the least (and also slightly dodgy, since Tartan never submitted the later cut to the BBFC). What are the differences between the BD and the Korean theatrical cut? (I still haven't seen the 93-minute version.)
