google is your friend, also when searching for a movie use poster in the title
ex: The Blue Ring
search: The Blue Ring poster
then make a folder named the same as the movie title and have the video and the jpg named folder within

Do the media servers like popcorn finds the cover art or do I have to manuallyu Find the art ?

Its automated on most players incluing the PCH via the YAMJ plugin
