Hi,
I'm french people, i search information to change power supply Velodyne DD12 US (117V) to europ (230V).
I have found picture where add jumper and delete jumper on mother card and power card, but i don't know that is good.

I suggest you contact Velodyne and ask them if a stepdown
auto transformer will work in your situation.

OP has 230V wall outlet. Need it to work with 117V Sub.
That is a stepdown in my book. (Step-up will make it 460V and
will destroy the sub)

Oh, got it! Thought he wanted to change something internally.
We use automatic voltage regulators (AVRs) (http://www.eclecticelectronics.net/ht-home-theater/what-is-an-automatic-voltage-regulator/) here in the Philippines, in order to be able to use 110v (US) equipment. The thing has 100v, 110v and 220v outlets.
Not sure if the OP has something similar from where he lives.
