I am in the process of building my 5.1 HT setup and need some help in the subwoofer space. I am going to have Natalie P as my L/C/R and Rs150 Mt as my surround. So all that is left is the sub.

My budget is ~500-700. I can do some DIY, but not full blown DIY. I heard that the eD A5 350 or the Rythmik F12 are very good, but then I look over at PE and see their RS1200k subwoofer kit. Please recommend me a good sub in this price range. The space I am trying to fill is 12' W x 16' L x 8' H and is not sealed. It opened up to a kitchen about the same size.
