Hello all. I have visited this forum several times and have valued everyones expert opinion. Just became a member and was wondering if anyone could help me in choosing an outdoor antenna, or at least narrowing down my choices. I have a new construction home in zip code 53538 in wisconsin. Due to hours being cut at my regular job, I'm looking at dropping Dish network and installing a multidirectional antenna in my attic. I now have rabbit ears on 3 tv's which pick up a fair amount of Madison stations and sometimes Milwaukee stations, which we prefer. I'd like to think if I'm able to pick up Milwaukee stations sometimes with rabbit ears, an attic mounted multidirectional antenna would pick up quite a few, as well as the Madison stations we recieve now. I do not want to install a rotor, which is why I'm looking into multidirectional. I do not have a metal roof, and the peak I'd like to install it into (above the garage) has a lot of room to work with. You hear so much info both ways checking different websites online, so I figured I'd post my questions hear and hopefully someone can narrow down my search for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As I've read in previous posts, everyone seems to be experts in this field, and I know I've come to the right place to post my query.
