Picked this up today and just finished watching it. Even though I have always liked this movie, I never saw it in a theater..only VHS and on tv a couple times. Needless to say, this is the best I've ever seen it look and it doesn't seem that they messed with it too much trying to make it look "hi-def":p The acting leaves something to be desired (such as Peter Horton seeming to forget that his girlfriend is in the hands of murderous kids until he is reminded) but overall this is one of the better movies based on a Stephen King book.
