truTV HD and TCM HD went live last week on Cablevision
I saw a Turner ad on Multichannel News the other day that has HLN-HD (Headline News) listed as 'Now Available.'
Here's a screenshot:

I'll be surprised if Cablevision doesn't carry it whenever it does launch since they recently added every other Turner station available that they didn't have (Boomerang, CartoonNetwork-HD, TCM-HD, TruTV-HD - the last two at launch if I'm not mistaken).
Do you mean HLN, Headline News?
Topic title changed.
URFloorMatt 07-01-09, 04:21 PM Hopefully this means the Atlanta transition is near complete. If they launch HLN before the Atlanta transition, there will be only about 3 hours of studio HD on HLN.
Of course, the LA transition has supposedly been complete for several months, and yet broadcasts from LA remain in SD.
pappy97 07-01-09, 11:51 PM If this ever comes to Comcast, hopefully Comcast will not remember to add their annoying "Newsmakers" segment pre-empting the last segment almost every half-hour HLN runs (I don't think they do it for Nancy Grace). It's painful to watch HLN SD now because of newsmakers. You see HLN hype up a story but you see that it is already 21 minutes past the half-hour, meaning after the commercial you will get a low-budget local "Comcast Newsmakers" production until the top of the the next half-hour. Ugh.
jmoz2989 07-02-09, 02:27 AM Looks like Time Warner Cable in the Rochester area will be one of the first cable systems to get HLN HD. http://www.timewarnercable.com/Rochester/support/policies/legalnotifications.html . According to the legal notes, HLN HD will be added on August 11th.

hdtvjunkie247 08-19-09, 12:54 PM How does it look? Any actual HD programming?
scott_bernstein 08-19-09, 12:59 PM How does it look? Any actual HD programming?
I haven't been home to see it, but others in the local thread for TWC-NYC have reported that there's no actual HD content yet.

Can you imagine how many separate content boxes the Nancy Grace production team will be able to fit into a 16:9 screen area? It's going to make the opening credits of the Brady Bunch look tame.

Robin Meade in HD. The morning just got a little better "Sunshine".Yeah, so long as they don't run a promo for Jane Velez B-- I mean Mitchell in the middle of it.
nickdawg 12-25-09, 06:02 PM Headline News is airing a news special called With All Due Respect, a recap of 2009 top news stories. This is the first show I've seen on HLN that's actually in HD. And it's hosted by Robin Meade.
icemannyr 03-17-10, 12:51 AM We know CNN's Atlanta HD studio is starting in April or May, any update on HLN HD going HD?
yudaman33 03-18-10, 03:56 AM According to the website,"CNN observations", HLN will start having their prime time shows in HD by Summer. All of HLN's programming should be full HD sometime this Fall. I don't have the link to the website. But go there and click on the info about CNN's Atlanta Studios going all HD and you'll see what I'm talking about in a brief statement.
