I have been unable to get my new pc running on vista to recognize my HF10. It will recognize the SD card when in the camera slot however the internal HDD is not recognized.

I tried advice from Canon's website with no luck.

Here's my config:

OS: Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium w/ Service Pack 1 (64-bit Edition)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-975 Extreme Edition 3.33 GHz 8M L3 Cache LGA1366
FLASHMEDIA: INTERNAL 12in1 Flash Media Reader/Writer [+10] (BLACK COLOR)
MOTHERBOARD: Asus P6T SE Intel X58 Chipset CrossFireX Mainboard Triple-Channel DDR3/1600 SATA RAID w/ eSATA,GbLAN,USB2.0,IEEE1394a,&7.1Audio
MEMORY: 12GB (2GBx6) DDR3/1600MHz Triple Channel Memory Module [+238] (Corsair Dominator)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HF10 has 16GB of internal flash memory, not HDD.
