Can someone post or send me a copy of the Sanyo PLV-Z4 warranty statement?

I have a Z4 and it has the blue tinge as a result of the LCD panel being damaged due to heat and I'm having the same problem as others with the Z2 and Z3 on getting Sanyo to replace a burnt panel under warranty. They are still claiming the filters were dirty (they weren't) which caused the burnout so it isn't covered under warranty.

Asking nicely didn't help. Contacting the VP, Mark Holt (mholt @ sft.sanyo (dot) com) didn't help either. Mentioning AVSForum didn't help either. :) So, I'm going down the legal route.

I have a prepaid legal plan and an attorney is picking up the case under that plan (best use so far for having the plan). Anyway, my attorney is requesting a copy of the actual warranty, which I no longer have. Can someone with a Z4 and the warranty statement send me a copy of the warranty or post one here?

You don't need an attorney to file a claim in Small Claims court. Just tell Sanyo you will be filing against them. If you have photos and witnesses of the filters they claim were dirty, you have a pretty simple case.

Hopefully somebody can scan and email you a copy of the warranty.

You're right I don't need an attorney, but since I get one for free, I might as well use them.

I'm really hoping someone can sand and email a copy as well. Any takers?

Weird. Looked through all my stuff and I don't have the warranty info either. I will check a few other spots. Good luck.
