The search continues..,MOdels localy are VERY limited, but one place as a HF S100 and the other has a HG21, right now i'm looking for the better camera, not realy price. the HG21 is on a 200$ Rebate, but from the reviews i read, the HF S100 as a much better lense and vid quality.

Anyone has any experiences with these models?..please, don't propose any other modes..LOL..that's the only Canon available right now localy, and i ain't interested in a Panasonic..:)

Thanks for your advice guys

I have the HG21 and love it, It can hold up to 15hrs of HD video with its built in 120Gig Hard drive as well as its ability to hold even more HD Video footage (3hrs at best quality)with SDHC cards up to 32Gig.
It does very well in low light shots...I think its one of the best all around deals at the moment.....I film local concerts and choral performances with it along with my Canon Hg10, the video quality is stunning....It has lots of settings should you wish to tweek your footage and audio, as well as the simple easy mode for those who only wish to point and shoot....

Present setup:
1- Canon HG21 120Gig (32Gig SDHC Card)
1- Canon HG10 40Gig
Glidecam Pro 2000
Canon WD-H43 Wide angle lens
i7Core 920 2.67 PC
Vegas 9 Pro

Thanks for your input Warrior...i read that the image is not as good as the HF S100 and HF S10!..that's what got me worried. those models are a bit more expensive, but seems to have a better lens!...the HG21 is now on sale, so it's a tough call.
