Took down my Optoma projector and installed a new celing mount. Third party mount, tiny screws attached directly to projector (screws <10mm, as specified by user's guide). Now picture is terrible, vertical and horizontal interference lines everywhere. Can barely read the OSM. Removed the mount, picture still bad. Removed the signal input, and blue test screen is still bad.

Tried adjusting every option in every menu. "Tracking" and "phase" adjustment are listed in guide, but do not appear in OSM.

What happened, any ideas? What can I do? Repair or replace?
