Looking to get some advice here on the type of projector to buy. What i was thinking is the Panasonic PT-AE3000U, but would like to know given the following information what everyone else thinks would be best:

Price Range: up to $4000
Room dimensions: 16'9" length 14' width 7' hieght.
Screen size: 84" diag.
projector can be 10' 6" form the screen Ceiling mounted.

The room will have no windows and can be completely darkened.

It is not a giant room but what i have to work with right now. Any advice is welcome.

What sources are you using?
Do you want DLP or LCD (or do you care)?

At that price range you have lots of options.

Lots of choices in that price range, consider the JVC RS10 also.

i would prefer DLP since my primary use will be for Blu ray, and some DVDs.

You have the option of the Epson 6500, the Panasonic AE-3000 (as mentioned) and the JVC RS-10

Hmm, the JVC looks nice but the price is roughly 5k which is a bit higher than i would like to spend.
