Hi, my SONY camcorder fell to the ground and now some white dot is right in the middle of the optics. If I start the camcorder, it is visible on the screen of course. What it could be? I read something like this back, some year ago somewhere on the forum.

Well, I dropped my SR11 onto a cement sidewalk last year, with only a minor bit of scratches. The cam survived just fine. Sorry about your problem. Can you still return the cam from where you bought it for a refund (are you covered under a return policy or after-market insurance type policy)?
