Hi, I am a film student from Argentina. My brother has an LG 32LG30R HDTV and I want to use it to make the color correction of a project (to connect it to my computer in dual display mode). But I noticed it has Dynamic Contrast, and that makes it useless for color correction.
I searched on the menu and the service menu, and didn't find any "Dynamic Contrast" option.
So.. Does anyone know how to change the setting?

I want to use this monitor because it has a good color gamut, better than my Samsung LCD display (I also have an Eye One Display 2, which I used to compare the gamuts).

Thanks,
Rodrigo

The manual is available online from the LG site.

The manual covers many different models, so it is hard to tell which option should be present in your model. It appears that in Expert mode there may be two options, Fresh Contrast and Fresh Color, and in Advanced Control there may be Black Level and Eye Care options, and all of these are described as providing dynamic changes to the picture.

Thanks for the answer. Anyway, that XD control is disabled for the HDMI input :(
Any idea?

Thanks.
