While i like the elite....i got a special place in my heart for the halo edition one. do want bad.

I own a white, but my favorite color is black, cause it looks the least like a PlaySchool toy and more like every other home theater component in the world.

I like the white. I have been thinking about putting on in a clear case but I have to wait until one dies out of warranty first.

I might have liked the elite more if it was actually black and not charcoal.

I don't think it is so much the elite that keeps people I think it is the added hard drive space. I got mine when they first started selling the 120 GB drives which was a huge step up from the 20 GB drive. Even now days with the 60 GB drives it is hard to go down to that.

The Halo Edition is great for bragging rights, but it's also great to not have my gear stolen when I take it to a LAN.

Halo 3 SE for sure. Also its Green/Bronze, not Green/Yellow.

I just built the ultimate Halo 3 console for myself, Jasper mobo w/256mb onboard, and a 120 gb HDD in the H3 case. Not selling this one.....

Any chance you could add "white--as in, all white" to reflect the arcade? I absolutely can't stand that fake chrome found on every model but the arcade. It makes the unit look like some cheap knock-off ghetto-blaster. Yah I said ghetto-blaster, I grew up in the 80's alright?

And before anyone gets their underpants in a knot I feel the same way about every PS3 but the 20gig. :D
