You really don't need to go the HT Installer for this. In fact, since you've got a fireplace installed, I'd suggest a good General Contractor. They can run the wire, deal with the fireplace issues, and (the good ones) can build out a really nice custom cabinet for you. Going with a a GC and his crew could save you a lot of money.
