Hello everyone,

I am new to avsforum so bear with me if I sound a little green behind the ears.

I will be moving to a new place soon and am looking to purchase new flatscreens for both the living room and bedroom. I am looking to install a tv tuner for my computer and extend the audio and video from my computer to each new tv.

I currently have an xbox 360 wired to my router and Windows Media Center works decently for large HD files on my friend's flatscreen. I do not enjoy the long CAT5 running all the way down my hallway so I may go with a powerline network system.

I would like to find the best way to view everything available on my computer (tv signal, large HD movies backed up, home videos, pictures, music etc.) on both TVs without having to run wires.

I have done a bit of research and have come across either doing WMC extenders (which my 360 already performs this for the living room). However, after viewing some real time videos of an extender in action, the flow of WMC laggs a bit compared to the actual computer. Option 2 would be to go with the IOGEAR USB to VGA Audio/Video Kit which would stream my desktop to a TV but this only allows up to 720p.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I am open to all suggestions.
