After Cleaning it inside (optics) and out and putting a new air filter in it, the picture wants to be on the blue side. Yet when I invert the picture, the projection is normal and looks fine. What did I hit/break to make it do this? Anybody have any suggestions?

Most likely cause in my opinion is going to be a bad connection to one or more of the LCD panels. That is, if you didn't loosen or budge any of the mirrors in the paths before the prism/LCD assembly. In order to get to those optical parts, I'm thinking you had to remove a board above all that and the LCD panels were connected to that board. If you did and either did not put them back properly or broke the connectors, that's where your problem is. Those connectors release the ribbon cables by either sliding a part of the connector out or lifting that part up, depending on the design. If you simply pulled them out and then "forced" them back in, you don't have good, locked contact.

That's my best guess, anyway.
