Excellent - looks like a good product.

Only accelerates AVCHD decoding (not encoding or transcoding), which is fine with me as it will greatly speed up editing using native AVCHD files. Frankly, Sony should have this built into Vegas for free....

Only caveat is that it currently is Vegas x86 only - does NOT support Vegas 64-bit.....
