I have a Canon HF S100 and installed the Imagemixer 3 SE software from the two discs that came with the camera (On a Windows XP computer). I can get the files to transfer from the camera to the computer but in the library page in Imagemixer no thumbnails show up also wen I go into the editor and drag the clips into the timeline they will not play. They will also not preview in the editor. I just hit play and nothing happens. Has anyone else had this problem. I would like to use Imagemixer to crop my clips before I use them in my video projects.

You can check if you have Haali Media Splitter installed in your PC. If you do (you would see the Haali icon briefly appearing in your tray when you to play a media in ImageMixer), you must uninstall it for ImageMixer to work.

As far as I know, if the Haali splitter is installed with certain codec package, e.g. K-lite codec package, it may come with its own tweak utilities to disable Haali without uninstalling it. But for most other packages or if Haali is installed separately, I don't know of any way to disable it temporarily without uninstall.

I tried to add the scene transition in my clips taken from my HFS100, but the function doesn't seem like exist. I also checked the other ImageMixer screen shot from their website, looks like the SE Ver.3 has this function.

How do I add scene transition in my video?

I purchased a refurbished HF S100 for my wife a couple of months ago, and she just informed me that there is no Disc 2 included for ImageMixer 3 SE Music Transfer Utility.
I can no longer get it from the seller, and I haven't been able to locate a download on the internet. My OS is XP. 32bit. Can anyone point me towards a source, please?
