Is the nfl on cbs going to have the scoreboard at the top like the sec college football games?

Generally speaking an animation package usually has a life cycle of around 5-6 years. ESPN, CBS, FOX and NBC debuted their current looks in 2006, so I would expect them to be around in one fashion or another. Monday Night Football has probably done the most manipulations and incarnations of their insert graphic look (which is really rare because of what it takes to implement but ESPN often would implement new looks when they had Sunday Night Football) but that is a franchise they are still trying to dial in. You might see a new look with FOX this year because of the changes that have occured at their RSN's (FOX is traditionally pretty slow about updating animations and their NFL look is far behind the rest - including the FSN regionals - in technical functionality though it serves its purpose), I doubt NBC with the Super Bowl behind them will be making wholesale changes, I would imagine they are pretty happy with their look and I would pretty much expect much of the same from CBS.

NBC will probably continue with that 3D glass-like scheme they debuted at the Super Bowl.
