Has any body had problems with the install of the software for the DCR-DVD650 Sony Handycam. I keep getting the message UNABLE TO RETRIEVE THE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION. I tried the install on two computers both are running Windows XP, and i cannot get any help from Sony.
