Hello all. Currently, im coming close to finishing my break-in using the slides and was trying to find out how to check the panel hours on my pioneer elite 151fd. Is there a clear cut method for doing this without control cal? thanks
:)

Nope. you need control cal.

Unless somebody knows a secret where you can just type in some numbers. i wouldn't be surprised.

Are you sure? You can get the panel hours by using just the remote on the 111FD.

BTW, can someone remind me how to do it on the 111FD again? I forgot how.

on the 8G and older Pioneer panels you could use the owner remote and a code to get into the service menu. the code is posted in post 58 page 2 of the 8G settings thread if you want to try it on your 9G Pro111.

after many years Pioneer did change the access on the 9G, you would need ControlCal or a special Pioneer service/tech center remote that can access the service menu.

I tried the code mentioned above used for the 8G's to get in the service menu of my 151 and it did not work.

yes exactly, as many others have tried the access code and not had any success with it on the 9G models.

Hi,
I have a 141, so I assume this should work also on a 151. But I'm not sure.

If your panel is connected to your home network, you can do this:
http://Monitor_IP_Address/cgi/service_right.cgi

Just replace Monitor_IP_Address with your panel's IP. It works for me. I also thought I was close to finishing my breakin, but I noticed that it was only at 91 hours.

The above URL bypasses the password request screen and goes directly to the page where it shows runtime hours.

Hope this helps,
Steve
