Who did the "how to post pictures tutorial" on their thread?

Could we possibly make that tutorial a sticky? This seems to be a common problem for the new people and I can't seem to find who or where that tutorial is posted or linked to. This is of course after I saw it and said I need to remember who or where it was. :rolleyes:
