I am trying to locate one Holland HCDA-1RA cable amplifier that utilizes a 10db reverse gain and a passive forward gain.

Cencom, mentioned frequently at AVS, used to carry this product but unfortunately is no longer listed. Other sites, such as Avdemand, inform low demand as the reason for non carriage (even though they still list it).

(said amp is for a "project" involving multiple amps while simultaneously minimizing XMOD)

Why do you need this? If you have high return, your provider should be fixing any issue. Replace, upgrade drop, fix plant, configure splitters correctly. If you are trying to overcome daisychained outlets, you may/may not be happy with the results.

Check with CENCOM (http://www.cencom94.com/gpage4.html) again. Just saw a drop amp that has adjustable gain on BOTH the forward and return paths (HCDA-1FRA-AG).
