For the people who have their components hidden, which remote extenders are you using? Need to buy something, want to make sure it works with the remote. Thanks for the help

I just bought a simular one Cables to Go 40430 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001BLTDZA/ref=ox_ya_oh_product). I got it last night and should have it hooked up this weekend. I'll post how it works with my Harmony One then.

I have used the set up below with a Harmony 520 and 550 flawlessly for the last 2 years. Only thing exposed is the TV hanging on the wall and the small IR sensor which is easily hidden.

I set mine up today and it works great. I placed the sensor in the front of my cabinet at the center which is barely visable but makes the most sense since it is where you would naturally want to point it.

I was able to go from this.

haha! Stainless baby.

The clock doesn't bother me at all.

One more thing that is nice is the IR reader has a blue LED that confirms it recieved a signal. So far it hasn't missed a beat, even when the Harmony One is sending multiple signals.

TV & screen in front all other components behind. So I put the Hot Link Pro "eye" behind (but in line of sight), and the Play Station adapter on top of the center speaker. Works PERFECTLY. I have two Marantz HDMI switches so I only put a sensor on the bottom one (AVR only input TV/screen for outputs)
The top Marantz is on Auto so whichever input is "on" that's the signal sent to the output (AVR). The AVR sends audio to the bottom Marantz which sends video to TV/screen.
