I have 2 swaged sections of 1 1/4 " antenna mast, one 10' and the other 5' long and want to put them together. Do I just jam one into the other and clamp, or am I supposed to run them parallel to each other and use 2 camps? This is going to be for a static chimney mounted antenna.
Thanks,
OZ

if they are swaged then they fit into each other. the large end may be split for clamping or a hole for a screw.

Johnpost,
Thanks, that makes sense. I wasn't sure as the "instructions" showed them clamped in parallel.
