I just bought a pt ax200u and When I watch a 16x9 movie it defults to 4x3. All the settings are correct and even the dvd menus are in 16x9. I use a hdmi cable that is converted to dvi to fit my dvd player, I dont know if this would effect anything because like i said the dvd menus are in 16x9. any help??

O.K. I looked at the dvd and it says the movie should play 1.33:1 What does this mean? I have watched this movie many times on my old projector with no problems. is their a special setting im missing?

Then you old projector was in error.
1.33:1 is 4:3 sir.
