For a kitchen island, I need a pole or stand type mount for a 32" LCD that can easily spin 180. From island to ceiling it's about 4.5'

I also need the pole and it's mounts. Are they sold in kits anywhere for less than a Bently payment? I can bolt to counter or ceiling or both for stability. It will be permadent. The panel mount should also tilt some if at all possible.

Any help or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Does the post swivel somehow or is it locked down?

The only drawback for me with a ceiling only mount is I have to run the cables up from below so I can't conceal them easily.

You could reverse it though...I'm sure hanging weight is tougher than standing weight and the base could take it.

Other than worrying about wobble, that might work. I'm still debating duct tape and chicken wire but after that, this is my lowest price so far.
