I am currently looking to buy a media streamer. My budget is $250 and the following are my requirements for one:

-High media compatibility (must be able to play virtually any file that my computer can play)
-Composite cables (yes I'm one of the few who still has yet to upgrade to the HD generation) + HD cables (when I upgrade)
-Nice GUI (practical and aesthetically pleasing)
-Read from external usb hdd (available in virtually all models anyways)


Size is not an issue, I'm going to leave it at home and don't plan to move it.
Wireless sharing would be nice.

So far these are my ideas:


Xtreamer
Mvix Ultio
PlayOnHD

If there are other ones out there that are better, please tell me. Remember, anything under $250 (w/o Hdd) is fine with me.

Another PC or an Apple TV.
