They have also H5350, 720p DLP... ;)
What makes me curious about H7530D (or H7350D), is the contrast ratio given in specs (40 000:1), maybe it is misswriting, and correctly should be 4 000:1?

Amazon gives it 40000:1 aswell.
Frankly the contrast spec has become something like a a fantasy figure.

Only one hdmi connection.

Still looks it looks like a worthy contender in the 'best low budget' class.
In due time a shootout with optoma, benq and vivitek is called for.

Acer does claim 40000:1 contrast using an auto-iris > (in German) >

It's now listed on the official Acer site>

Asuming the auto iris is any good an interesting low budget option.
At least for my fellow Europeans.

So is this a Europe only thing? I have a PH530 and have been pretty happy with it, this would seem like a logical upgrade. Is it available in North America?

Strange but it looks like this is an European model only, at least for now.
It should cost something like $999,-

Have a look at this comparison>

So no new ACER for the US to compete with the other new low cost 1080p projectors? Haven't heard anything about one this in a while.

Seems like a nice projector. Anyone have any experience with it?

I didn't see where it listed the color wheel specs, and it has a DC2 chip.
