My toshiba 46h83 (Rear Projection CRT) turned off today, with no screen and no sound, and the red power light began to blink on and off.

I tried turning the tv back on, and in doing so, the tv stayed on for a few seconds, had sound and a picture that became mostly blue, and then everything turned off again, with only the red light blinking on and off like before.

I've attached a quick snap shot of the screen as it looks just before it turns off.

I'm poor, addicted to PS3, my kids are missing sponge bob, and need help with this one!

Try unplugging the Tv from power for 5 or 10 minutes?

I've already done this and it still does the same thing.

Not much to go on... so I'd say spend $100 for a diagnosis. Just guessing- add another $150 labor and maybe $200 in parts => about $450 to fix, maybe more maybe less...
