Keeps getting better and better.

Caught the IW multiplayer vid yesterday. The game looks REALLY good, it seems like they really improved the particles and explosions over COD4. I'll have to check out the leaked ones at home.

By the way, anyone know if a Hostage Extraction mode made it into the game? They've been asking for that over on the IW forums for a while now and I'm not sure if there's any official word on it - might come in a future update.

In any case this game's going to be sick.

Simply goto gametrailers.com and create an account (it takes 5 mins).

Then go to the the video you want to DL. Hit HD for the hi def version.

After the advertisement runs they'll be a link that says Download.

Click on that and another small window will open below offering either Quicktime or WMV in 720p.

Put the cursor over the WMV 720p option, hit triangle, goto File, and then "Save Target" to save to the HDD.

Boo! No advantage for PC gamers! If you can't adapt to console rules stick to the PC. Letting some people play with keyboard and mouse would be the same as Microsoft letting people use their mod chips to cheat.

I really really really want them to include a hostage extraction mode. That was my favorite in SOCOM II, a game that has yet to be matched in terms of gameplay.

As another poster noted, I'm afraid MWII is going to be too "arcadey" to include a tactical mode like hostage extraction.

Yeah, it does seem like MW2 is going to be even faster than COD4 was. That's the trademark of the franchise, though. I would kind of like to see some game modes that bridge the gap between SOCOM and COD styles.

Even though I've been desperately waiting for MW2, this new video has got be concerned. The game is too fast to be enjoyable. Lately, I've been playing a whole lot of Kz2 and even though its not far away from being arcadey, it at least requires some strategy.

I've been playing FPS games since the mid 90's with a mouse... Playing with a joystick is so damn frustrating. Best way to describable it is if your right handed, try writing with your left see how it feels.

Just think faster, that way you'll still have time to stratergise.
