Anyone know anything about Castle Crashers coming to the PSN? I haven't seen anything since the announcement last month.

Nothing new, but there's a comment on the PS Blog (http://blog.us.playstation.com/2009/07/24/castle-crashers-coming-to-psn/) that's says they'll post the release date there when they have it.

Didnt hear about this. Im glad you ps3 owners will get to experience Castle Crashers. It is an excellent, excellent game. Ive spent countless hours maxing out characters, unlocking new characters, finding all the weapons, and bashing the **** out of baddies with friends!!

And I second it will be great for PS3 owners to get a chance to play this.

I played this almost everyday last summer with a buddy. So much fun to have a multiplayer game where you a and a buddy can sit on the same couch and have a blast.

Alone, it is a pretty decent game...but with friends, it is a blast!

yeah i invited my 2 brothers and my sister and we played 4 player until we beat it... it is a great game..

You and me both buddy... When I was searching for info on Castle Crashers PS3, I could have sworn I read some stuff about Castle Crashers 2.

Regardless, I'm really looking forward to playing CC on the PS3!

I specifically remember reading an announcement at IGN, but I'll be damned if I can find it now.

I specifically remember reading an announcement at IGN, but I'll be damned if I can find it now.That's because it was only ever rumored and never actually confirmed by The Behemoth. They got caught up in fixing the first CC, working on the upcoming DLC, and on their big new game that's due for release in the next six months or so. The Behemoth have, however, confirmed that they aren't interested in doing any sequels to their games.

Not saying it won't happen. They could easily change their minds. But they're a very small team, so it's not likely they're working on more than one thing at a time. With CC coming to PS3, it'd be much more likely that they'd release more DLC before they work on a full-blown sequel.

I was just thinking about this game yesterday and was doing some searches on new release dates.
