I was at my HEB Plus in San Antonio today and they had 80GB PS3's for $249.99. I took back the Magnavox blu-ray player I bought from Wal-Mart a couple of months ago for $128. After taking back my mag player, I walked out of HEB with a ps3 (Second ps3) for $135.

Can I ask why you returned the Mag? Did you just want a ps3 instead? btw..nice deal.

I returned the Mag because I bought it as a second blu-ray (in the bedroom) Already have a ps3 in the living room. Since the ps3 was such a great deal and so much better than a Mag player, I figured it would be best to have a ps3 in the bedroom too. No need to keep the mag.

I live in TX too (Houston), but what is this H-E-B "PLUS" you speak of? Is that the H-E-B I see when I'm driving on the 1640(?) loop towards I-10 in San Antonio?

H-E-B Plus is basically just like a super wal-mart, but way better and cleaner. There are several plus stores in San Antonio and other areas, but not sure if they have any in Houston. I know a new H-E-B recently opened down there on Buffalo Speedway, not sure if it's a plus store though. There is one in Katy at 6711 South Fry Road.

I'm from Houston as well. We do not have any HEB Plus here. The first time I saw one was in Victoria, Tx (where I work now). No doubt, its much cleaner and offer better products than Wal-mart.
