Can anyone direct me to a cheap solution to watch cable tv without a tv in my college dorm room. Im looking for a cheap set top box or something to connect via DVI to my pc monitor. Sub 100$ is required unfortuantly.

If you have a PC... get either a PCI or USB TV tuner card.
