Has anyone tried this? It seems like a good remote and cheap(er) alternative to a Harmony + Adapter as it can learn functions and work with other components as well (allegedly). I would love to hear any feedback or whatever, thanks. :)

This is the first I've heard about it but this seems like a REALLY good solution especially for the price point. This is basically the same price as the Harmony adapter (plus I don't own a Harmony anyway). I might bite on this if there are enough reviews.

Doesn't seem to remember the states of your devices like Harmony does though, so no single-button switching (right?).

Just read about this on Engadget.com, this is going to be fine for a lot of people because of the price point, but it uses two AA batteries and I run things through my A/V Receiver.

So I'll stick to my Harmony, it's family approved. Like others said above, the price point is great, but no macros are a deal breaker. My wife avoids the DualShock, though, so the kids have to navigate movie menus for her. :~p

Sooooo tempted. I tried a Harmony a few years back and could stand it. I'm using an old Pioneer learning remote that came with my old receiver and learned all the Nyko usb buttons. Still using two remotes though as the Pioneer one just could make sense of my DVR codes. Nice price. Handles turning PS3 on and off. Direct learning from other remotes which is a must. Did I say nice price. I keep thinking my Pioneer remote is going to die and I'll be lost without it. Sooooo tempted.

good price point, but Harmony has it right. they are soooo easy to set up and use. IMO, they should give discounts on devices if you don't want a remote!

Any reviews for this unit? I'd order one today if I found a review.
