anyone know how to do the initializaiton on this tv.

Maybe someone else knows, but what do you mean?
Is it not turning on?
are you trying to get into the service menu?
More info will help yo get an anwser.

I have done this before on the remote but forgot what to press in what order.
I want to do a hard reset on this tv.

MENU 2470
highlight INITIAL press ENTER
wait for it to finish
press RESET on front panel
wait to finish booting
power on
