I found the perfect wall sconces, but they're made to be hard wired. Is there an adapter I can buy to plug them into a normal outlet?
I found a few posts by searching, but none really touched on this other than one person mentioning they had an electrician rewire some.

Um, Why wouldn't you want them hard wired?
Short answer: the adapter you seek is commonly called "lamp cord" :D:D:D
And to kick off the long answer (that I don't really think you want) :
1) you will violate the UL listing, and therefor NEC 110.3b
2) Urgent to the safety of you and your's: any conductive portions of the fixture likely to become energized need to be effectively bonded to the equipment grounding conductor, which in in turn means you'll need to use a 3 prong cord. If this is not performed properly, your fixture will be a legitimate safety hazard.
3) Additionally, You must maintain proper polarity or you will create a screw shell hazard
IMO, because you needed to ask the question, I recommend you either have a professional perform the modification (or for that matter install it as intended by the MFR), or look for another fixture (IKEA has many that plug in)
