I'm trying to program my cable box remote to directly control my AV equipment (TV and receiver), but I have been unable to identify this remote. My cable company has been no help either. Apparently, they only used this remote for a very short period. Can anybody either tell me what kind of remote this is so I can search for the information, or tell me how to enter "program" mode?

One of those posts has a link but the remotes shown in that link are different from yours.

I've already tried what those manuals direct you to do to program the remote. It doesn't work on this one. I tried every other button too, but that didn't work either. It has to be some combination of buttons, and that's why I'm looking for help. :)
