I did a forum search and came up Empty. I have a 2TB WD My book essential formatted NTFS. I had about 300gigs of Movies, pictures and MP3's and all was fine. I loaded a couple hundred gigs more of movies and now after reading the drive I get a note in the top of the screen status bar that says "Failure to Aggregate Drive" It does read and play the movies I added but I'm concerned about the msg. I don't want to get this completely loaded and have it crash before I get it all backed up.....

Thanks Mytbyte! That did the trick! The manual only says the error can be caused by a variety of things.....

I was a same problem, but even my PC coudnt read external disk anymore. So I was very affraid that I lose all my important pictures and other files. I searc on the net 2 days and find solution what helps me. On the command line (Start-> Run ) I wrote : chkdsk X: /f ( X is drive) Now it works again. Sorry for my english. Krunge
