Haven't seen any professional reviews yet....has anyone picked this up yet? There's no listing on Bestbuy.ca or Future Shop yet, and it isn't in stock (but listed) on Amazon. I still have the widescreen Laserdisc. Being primarily shot outdoors, the 'blu' ocean should look quite pleasing on Blu :rolleyes:

The Best Buy here has it in stock, but they want $24.99 for it. I'll wait. :)

Despite having only a TrueHD 2.0 track, PQ looks good enough to warrant an upgrade....and this title being an old favorite of mine makes the dip easier to take :cool:

I just got finished watching it. Grain lovers will be happy to know that the grain has been left in. Overall I thought the movie looked excellent. Detail was eye popping in several scenes. Some of the darker scenes looked soft, but for 14.99 on amazon it's a reasonable deal. No extras, except the trailer.

Great to hear....very much looking forward to revisting this gem on hidef....last viewed this on letterboxed Laserdisc.

Good suspense/triller movie of Nicole Kidman since she was a star in Australia.I will pick one.
