A friend of mine remarked today that he thoughtStar Trek Enterprise DVD was the most cerebral of the Treks. We were in a meeting and he didn't get a chance to elaborate...
Agree?
Disagree?
Why?
I think it went to both extremes. Sometimes the Star Trek Enterprise DVD writers made stupid decisions, and sometimes the stories were very deep and involved. But, when did morality play it did it better than anyother series. Similitude is a good example. I also think Enterprise gave conflicts Star Trek Voyager among the races a more intelectual basis. Andorians and Humans were played out like the Vulcan's children.

Initially, I really didn't think much of Enterprise, although I did continue to watch it. Gradually I grew to enjoy it more and more, to the point that I was completely hooked and then rather outraged when it was canceled early.

Over all I do think it was more cerebral than the other Treks while adding in a few more battles than the TNG series provided.

Wrong forum. Enterprise has not been released on Blu-ray (not even announced yet). You might get a better discussion going here
