My LCD screen on the projector says: “COVER FAILURE The Lamp Cover or the air filter cover is detached. Please contact dealer for details.”
I called Qualia customer service and downloaded the manual, but neither has been too helpful. The customer support folks said I would have to ship the product out to Texas b/c they have no local service reps in MA.
I tried cleaning and replacing the air filter, but that did not work.
Have you any ideas?
