I'm having a problem with them. I cant get the battery cover off the ear cup. I push in and then down and no matter how hard I force it the battery cover wont come off. I'm afraid i'll break them. What should I do? Also on a side note the speaker in the ear cup seems to be off centered with the cushion. I dont know if that means anything like the sound positioned wont be right or something just bringing it up.

Heh, had the same problem the first time I tried to take off the battery cover. It's designed to be real tough, just keep trying, I had to put more force on it than I thought I needed to the first time. Subsequent times have been easier. Try pushing in hard for the hook to clear, then down.

As far as speaker placement, I haven't even looked at mine. But since they rely on 1 speaker and Dolby processing to make the Surround sound, I'm sure it's fine, as long as they both have the same volume level.

OK, try this. Instead of pushing in where the grips are, look at the top of the battery cover where there is a tiny gap that you can see into the compartment. Stick your fingernail in there and push straight down. Should come right off.
